Excellent staff, great atmosphere. Owners genuinely happy hosting guests. Beautiful Tyrolean style hotel surrounded by nature. Lovely evening dinner with canapés and sparkling wine.

We spent two nights here while visiting the beautiful Dolomites. The building of this place is pretty cool, mostly made out of wood, which gives it a cozy cabin-like feel. The location is really pretty, surrounded by trees and forest streams, away from the noise of the city. Our room had a lovely view of the woods. The staff here were excellent, always helpful and with a smile on their faces. You could feel that they genuinely enjoyed what they do and were happy to welcome guests.
One slight downside is that there is a busy road at the front of the hotel. However, despite this, the overall experience was wonderful.

Located in a quiet place surrounded by trees and forest streams, the hotel has a beautiful Tyrolean style and clean rooms. The service staff is always friendly and smiling, providing exceptional customer service. breakfast is good, and guests can enjoy a lovely evening dinner with sparkling wine and Tyrolean music.
The rooms lack enough storage space for clothes and equipment, making it challenging to store everything easily.

Spent a pleasant Easter weekend at a cozy cabin-like hotel near beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the clean facilities and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Dolomite mountains and provided a peaceful escape from city noise. The breakfast selection was quite appetizing and provided a great start to the day.
There was a busy road near the hotel that created some noise pollution. there was no luggage service for guests, which made carrying heavy bags a bit of a hassle.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the slopes. The hotel also had some nice facilities, such as a spa and a bar with a good selection of cocktails. The staff was really friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel was not honest about the laundry service. They advertised it as being included in the room, but it ended up costing us a lot of money.
